I bought a MacBook
Actually, I bought it last week; it's BTO with all the trimmings (except storage; I don't do on-board storage that much, anymore). Projected delivery date: 13 September. Tomorrow Apple will (probably) announce new MacBooks. I'm anxious to see if they will be more or less covetable than what I just ordered.

I'll go with more covetable than the previous model.

In that case, I'll swap. But some reports have me worried they might pull a Mac Mini on the MacBook.

RE: I bought a MacBook
We bought the wife a MacBook. It is small and light. Plenty powerful for pushing text around the screen.

I’d like to have a computer that size.

LEMONS!  LEMONY FRESH STEVE JOBS CORPSE FUCKING IN WAXED JEANS!

I got Louise a shiny new macbook for christmas last year.  Seems to be working fine, for onboard sawdust-and-vomit graphics parts.

RE: I bought a MacBook
I wonder if the MacBook of Tomorrow will have a bezelless display like the one Dell has? Seems to be all the rage this year.
My logic is infallible. Resistance is futile.

Knowing your wife, she is either content with the plurality in your marriage or appalled at your sentence structure.

It could be both.

Or maybe it was chosen and purchased together with a joint account.

We've had shared finances since 1997.
She's also given up on my farcical sense of grammar.

It better have a very thin bezel, if the rumours about a 13" screen being the only option are true. The main selling point of the MacBook, for me, at this time, is size.
