Also the cover page does not count as a page.  So that required skimming is pages 2 -4.  Feel free to read ahead, the mitigation and adaptation sections are a hoot!

Let me know if you have trouble finding the section that basically says we're DOOMED regardless.  That one made me lol when I first read it.
