$4.99

Here we are.  It costs more to "buy" the mp3 files than it does to buy the CD.  I think I'll pick up Vitology too, also $4.99

Yeah! And the $4.99 CD includes the $9.99 mp3 files. I feel like I got a good deal.

You spent money on a Pearl Jam album.  I feel like you didn't get as good a deal as you might think.

I'm feeling nostalgic, what can I say?

I've paid for much worse.

RE: $4.99
Yeild wasn't my fav. I wish I had only paid $4.99 for that one. Backspacer, Yeild, Binaural and No Code were such disappointments. 1 or 2 worthwhile songs on each one. Riot Act, Pearl Jam, and Lightning Bolt were damn good, though. So they're just hit and miss. But I have to say, when they hit, I want to have Eddie Vedder's love child.

I could go... but even though $3 of every ticket goes to charity, and it provides me with a unique giving opportunity, I am not convinced that this show will live up to my expectations.

You can't go home again, you know?

More Amazon pricing peculiarity... though this one doesn't have an mp3 version.   Sad

Every part of that makes me sad.

But it's also true.

I thought the same thing about the current Guns N Roses tour (except the charity part, of course) so I didn't go when they were close. I've since heard they are putting on a great show.

I saw Axl singing with ACDC on YouTube. I feel like that was a satisfactory concert experience.
