They came back from the brink of elimination last series. I won't count them out yet.

The Royals are much less likely to commit three errors in one inning to allow it.

Well, that was the most excitement Blue Jays fans like me have had in October for a very long time. But that one strike call on Revere in the top of the ninth was bullshit. At least Fox Sports will be happy.

Go Mets, I guess.

WE COULD BE ROYALS

Really, really looking forward to this series.  The team with the most hustle v the team with the best pitching.

Yes, let's get our focus back on how much the Leafs suck, and are perennial losers. Smile

Let's face it: the Jays gave Toronto, and a whole helluva lot of Canada, reason to cheer this October, and believe me, when it comes to sports, Toronto really has little reason to cheer…*cough*Leafs*cough*. It's also a very slim chance (razor thin, really), but maybe the love all of Canada showed to the Jays this fall could get the MLB thinking about another team here. Montreal would really love to have les Expos back again. Side note: hard to believe, but Expos gear is still a popular commodity. My neighbour's daughter lives in Montreal and wanted to get her dad an Expos cap for his birthday; she got him the wrong size, unfortunately, and had to wait several weeks for the right size to come in due to demand. Not bad for a team that's been defunct for over ten years.

Guess I consider myself a Canadiens fan, if not just for the huge donation P.K. Subban made to Montreal Children's Hospital. Class act. Also doesn't hurt that they're undefeated thus far.

The story here was how Joe Buck couldn't be any more Jays homer if he tried.

And the ball that walked Bautista in a previous game was clearly a strike. It's the yin and yang of allowing humans to be put in a position to fuck up the call.

I was hoping that the Royals playing an east coast team meant I wouldn't have late nights like last year. I'm too old for this shit. At least the good guys won!

Hmm, there seems to be a spring training game between the glorious SF Giants and some team from some place called Kansas.  Or is it Missouri?  Fuck if I can tell the difference.

GO GIANTS!

I'll be in Arizona for a few games later this month.

They aren't playing the Giants then, though.

2-0, good guys.

Yes, it's a split squad spring training game. But at least the correct team won.

Royals are now 2-0 versus the Giants in 2017. Perhaps it is time to google their correct location?

That's cause they try to keep the ghetto's in MO from what I hear.  Overland Park area seems nice.  Quite a few tech companies and datacenters in the area.  THE CLOUD LOOMS.

But seriously, its Kansas City, Kansas, right?
