For things that are traditionally downloaded, yes. But for apps launched on the command line or apps that can exploit a browser in to downloading it and not setting the quarantine flag it is open season.

That moron based his entire article on one photo. The Torch slider was pretty well balanced, and the rumors seem to indicate that the slider hardware is very well built. The keyboard is identical to the Q10/Classic's - aside from the frets not being silver (threw me off the first time I saw the picture).

That being said, the rumourmill is pretty convinced that it will be Android (or available in an Android version) so I'm going to just wait for official information. I'm still happy with my year-old Z30.
