technically they work together. if demand and supply are both lower then that could lead to a situation where you have potential buyers that can't find it in store, who then simply purchase a different device (or keep uising an older one) as opposed to ordering online or searching other stores for the iPh8

Not being able to produce product fast enough must be a nice problem to have.

And people don't jump to Android because of the iPhone's availability. They'll jump when they don't get value from the platform any more (perceived value included). If shit don't work the way they want, they'll jump. Or if there's a legitimate curiosity. But I've never heard of someone wanting an iPhone but getting an Android because they can have it now. That maybe works for net new users, but not for someone waiting the upgrade. People will wait for the upgrade.

Forecasters are bearish because they won't get the full on OMG BEST SELLING IPHONE EVER market jump. Because they're idiots.
